As always, the Full Moon Dinners success has been incredible and we are delighted by all your positive feed-back!

The Full Moon Dinners are back for all to enjoy. Edinburgh’s finest chefs will be cooking delicious dishes under the lovely light of the moon. Hosted in the glasshouse, it is the perfect setting for a tasty meal in good company.

Hamish, with twenty years experience in the wine trade, will expertly match the wines at every dinner and provide you with a fascinating introduction to each of them.

Come and enjoy a unique experience surrounded by herbs & friends!

We welcome our guests from 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
The dinner ends at around 10.30-11pm.

£60 per person : 4 course meal
£80 per person : 4 course meal and paired wines

Ed & Dale and the team from Gardener’s Cottage will once more cater for our first Full Moon Dinner of the year.
Their team of chefs, butchers and bakers use seasonal sustainably-sourced produce to craft delicious dishes.

The Radford family is back with us for another great Full Moon Dinner experience.
Their ingredients are supplied by small, local, artisan growers, breeders, producers, suppliers & foragers.
Ben and his team will be cooking for us and Jo will introduce the wines.

Sunday, 5th of July

Scott Smith trained in kitchens since the age of 15 and most notably with Michelin-Starred chef Geoffrey Smeddle at The Peat Inn with always the intention of opening his own restaurant.
His food and creative drive soon brought it many awards and accolades, putting it at the forefront as one of the best restaurants in Scotland.

Tom Lewis and his team will travel down from Perthshire to cook for our August Full Moon Dinner’s guests.
Tom, as always, will provide us with a very entertaining dinner and talks passionately about his use of local ingredients.

Chef Barry Bryson and the team from Cater Edinburgh are catering their first Full Moon Dinner with us. We had the occasion to work with them this year and we can’t wait to meet them again.
Since 2016 his recipes and food writing have been featured in The Scotsman, The Herald, The Daily Record, Premier Living and The Courier as well as featured articles on him in major publications such as The Times and Scottish Field.
